The subdivision of the first two stages at the former Swan Brewery site in Canning Vale has generated land sales valued at more than &70 million.
The 55 sales accounted for 14.7ha with developers and owner-occupiers quick to secure industrial sites in the estate, which has about 35ha of land that can be subdivided and is being developed by Linc Property.
Selling agent Raine & Horne Commercial director Anthony Vulinovich said the ability to deliver sites from 1300sqm to 2ha allowed the estate to engage with a big section of industrial land users and was one of the keys to its success.
“The rates achieved for stages one and two reflects the strong demand for reasonably priced, well-located industrial land within Perth’s core 20km inner-transport ring,” Mr Vulinovich said.
Mr Vulinovich said the design template was flexible enough to meet buyers who wanted to develop customised tenant buildings and those planning big warehouse sites.
Linc Property director Ben Lisle said stage three would have 12 smaller lots from 1100sqm to 4000sqm and three bigger sites of 1.1ha to 2.1ha.
