The group focuses on the development and ongoing ownership of large bulky goods shopping centres and the provision of associated services including leasing, conceptual design, project management, asset management, financing and syndication. In all circumstances, Linc will seek to provide retailers with the best possible property solution.
We invest substantial amounts of time with retailers to understand their business, growth objectives and property requirements. We then work with the retailer to identify the best possible solution to the retailer’s requirements across their portfolio, whether via existing properties or new developments.

Recently Linc have diversified their portfolio by developing industrial land. Few opportunities exist in Perth to acquire large parcels of land suitable for warehouse facilities and the like.
